MatchOffice celebrates 20 years as a leading workspace rental portal
Twenty years ago, Danish real estate broker and entrepreneur Jakob Dalhoff, now living and working in Ukrainian Lviv, and his former business partner Hauke Haas developed and launched a new innovative rental web portal, MatchOffice.
During the following years, MatchOffice.com expanded as an independent marketing platform for brokers, commercial real estate companies and private landlords to cover Germany, other larger Western European countries, and later the USA, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and more.
Today, MatchOffice, now with headquarters in Lviv, has established their level and status as one of the leading players in the global commercial property lease market.
After the pandemic, a lifted and updated, redesigned MatchOffice.com represents and offers more than 12,000 flexible workspaces worldwide.
Strong growth
"This summer, we implemented an updated version of our provider backend, which ensures a streamlined process when creating and editing ads," MatchOffice CEO Jakob Dalhoff emphasizes.
"We also created our first AI tool, an integration to ChatGPT, that supports landlords writing a detailed lease description in no time. Additionally, we recently introduced new features to enhance advertisement on social media."

In the wake of the hybrid workflow breakthrough, our global CRE leasing industry is facing strong growth in the number of locations. Also, providers are taking smaller spaces with shorter terms," Jakob Dalhoff adds.
Supporting Ukraine
When Russia's army began its violent assaults on the Ukrainian population on February 24, 2022, the daily workflows and routines at MatchOffice company were heavily affected - one employee had to join the army.
MatchOffice decided to go on the offensive themselves and began developing extensive aid and support programs for the numerous victims and combatants involved, partly in collaboration with the Lviv International Rotary Club.
 MatchOffice and Jakob Dalhoff have facilitated various supporting donations, from LEGO gift boxes for grateful children to hospital generators and mobile emergency clinics for Ukraine's military frontlines. |
Jakob Dalhoff has been the driving force behind humanitarian support projects like the production and distribution of mobile emergency clinics for Ukraine's military front lines, generators for hospitals in Kharkiv and Mykolaiv, donating thermostats to keep the feet and hands of the Ukrainian soldiers warm during the winter.
Also, in these challenging times, Jakob Dalhoff felt his duty was to boost morale and courage among his 40 MatchOffice employees in Lviv.
Further upgrading
